I’m excited to have you in my chair and look forward to providing you with the best service possible. Please review the policies below before booking: ***Policy Updated April 1 , 2025*** BOOKING POLICY * Booking opens on the 21st of every month at 9:00 AM for current clients only. * NEW CLIENTS: You must book under the New Client tab. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 16 years old to book. If under 16, a parent/guardian must book the appointment in their name and be present to sign you in. WORK POLICY * A $35 non-refundable retainer fee (+$2 tax) is required to secure your appointment and goes toward your total. * 10–14 minutes late: $20 late fee * 15+ minutes late: Appointment canceled + charged 100% of service total Late cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. Locked cards or insufficient funds will result in a ban from future bookings. SERVICES All retwist appointments include: * Scalp scrub * Deep shampoo * Hydration treatment Note: If it has been 3+ months since your last maintenance, a $25 fee will be added. (Non-negotiable) PAYMENTS Accepted payment methods: * Exact cash * PayPal * Apple Pay * Card on file Cash App is NOT accepted. GUEST POLICY Please NO children, extra guests, or pets, unless they are also receiving a service. CLIENT SATISFACTION Please ensure you are satisfied with your hair before leaving the chair. If you have concerns, bring them up during the appointment. Once service is completed and confirmed, no additional changes will be made. HOUSE CALLS, SQUEEZE-INS, & MORE * House Calls: +$30 (must be approved in advance) * Squeeze-Ins (last-minute): +$25 * Before/After-Hours Appointments: +$25 * Holiday Booking: +$50 (must contact me directly) Message the Loc Line at (769) 208-4037 to inquire about these options. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. * Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per appointment. * Additional reschedules require a $25 accommodation fee. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100 % cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment .
