Before booking, please take a moment to review the updated policies below so we’re on the same page and your experience is smooth from start to finish. ✨ Policy Updated: April 1, 2025 ✨ 📅 BOOKING POLICY * New Clients: Please book under the New Client tab only. Incorrect bookings will be canceled. * Age Requirement: Clients must be 16+. If under 16, a parent or guardian must book in their name and be present to sign you in. 💻 SECURING YOUR SPOT A $35 non-refundable retainer (+$2 tax) is required at the time of booking. This goes toward your total. ⏱ LATE + CANCELLATION POLICY * 10–14 minutes late: $20 late fee * 15+ minutes late: Appointment canceled and 100% of service total charged * Late cancellations will result in the card on file being charged. * No-shows will be banned from future bookings—no exceptions. 💆🏽‍♀️ WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR RETWIST Every crown deserves luxury. Each retwist appointment includes: * Scalp Scrub * Deep Shampoo * Hydration Treatment * Hot Towel Steam Facial + Aromatherapy * Under-Eye Patch Treatment (refresh + brighten) * Retwist & Style Note: If it’s been 3+ months since your last service, a $25 restoration fee will apply (non-negotiable). 💳 PAYMENT METHODS * Exact Cash (no change given) * PayPal * Apple Pay * Card on file ❌ Cash App is not accepted 🚫 GUEST POLICY No kids, extra guests, or pets unless they’re also being serviced. This is your time to relax! 💬 SATISFACTION MATTERS I want you to leave loving your hair and the entire experience. If you have any concerns, speak up during the appointment. Once the service is confirmed and completed, no changes will be made afterward. 🏡 HOUSE CALLS + SPECIAL REQUESTS * House Calls: +$100 (must be pre-approved) * Squeeze-Ins (last minute): +$30 * Before Hours (6AM–9AM): +$35 * After Hours (9PM–11PM): +$50 * Holiday Booking: +$55 (must contact directly) 📲 Text the Loc Line: (769) 208-4037 for special requests. 🔁 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING * Must cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance * One (1) reschedule is allowed per appointment * Additional reschedules: $25 accommodation fee 🚗 PARKING Parking instructions will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
